Melissa Phelps, Healthcare Reimbursement Principal with FustCharles LLP, is a certified public accountant with over 20 years of experience auditing and providing consulting services to a variety of not-for-profit and healthcare organizations. Melissa has significant healthcare reimbursement experience and has worked with numerous hospitals in New York State with reimbursement and other compliance issues.
Melissa is the Secretary/Treasurer for the Patroon Basset Hound Club and Lenape Basset Hound Club, and a Committee Member, Hunting Performance Test Committee and Field Trial Advisory Committee Member for the Basset Hound Club of America. Melissa is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA) and is a member and former President for the Central New York Chapter of HFMA.
